if this really happened in American hospital, if no severe complication, that nurse will be written up and kept in her record, in the mean time the supervisor need to look into the situation and find out what the circumstantial reasons-----such as two different meds look similar, then they will reflect this to pharmacy and try to find another brand that does not look the same, etc. If there is a bad outcome, that nurse will be fired in no time. But you will never see so many relatives being violent in Hosp, only their lawyer-----so America is a better country, they have law and legal system, everyone is treated the same (or they try to be treated the same) in court room.
when we only look at how well China developed economically in last 10 to 20 years and bluffing how close we are now to Western Countries, has anyone really look into how far behind we are in terms of our mentality? Money cannot buy you nobleness, there are so many more different aspects we need to improve before we get there-----the strongest country in the world.
