I am not sure whether the sell-off for NSAM is due to no news from 'Talks for Griffin'. I closed my call last Friday though it might be closed too early. Added a little bit more NSAM.

I will sell the portion brought today if the price is near the previous close price (try to keep equal weight). Otherwise, I just do nothing.

rate hiking might be sooner than later. I was glad to close my call last Friday and now closed my short term holding but still keep my long term position on both NRF and NSAM with DRIPs until the company lower the dividend payment in the future.

Aimei, thank you for your support as this is my first or second stock mentioned on this board. My long term position obtained at the end of Oct 13 and never touch except auto DRIPs. So far it is better than the one I traded with short term though the past performance would never predict the future. Chart does not look that good now just as early April + the risk from potential rate hike...however, I will give a try to hold as long as I can until the company drops Q dividend. By the way, it might have another spinoff late next year though I am not that sure about this.
